Coverage & Excesses
For more information on coverage and excesses, please refer to your Product Disclosure Statement (PDS).

Disaster Chasers & Scams
After a severe weather event, be cautious of scammers posing as insurance companies or support agencies, including “disaster chasers” who may offer quick, discounted repairs for a fee. These individuals may falsely claim to be from your insurance company or a claims management company.
We will never send someone to your property without notifying you in advance. If you're uncertain about a visitor, ask for identification (such as a driver's license) and contact your insurer to verify their details and purpose.
