Broker portal claims

Submit a claim via Broker portal for Home, Landlord, Motor, Commercial Motor and SME:

The best way for our broker partners to lodge a new claim is via our online portal

The portal allows live lodgement, which will allocate a claim number immediately.

You can also view and add file notes and documents. Adding notes and documents generates a claim activity for the Claims Officer to action within SLAs.

If you are a broker and haven't yet got access to our live portal please contact us at support@claimlogik.com (cc concierge@bzi.com.au) with “New Portal Access Request” in the subject line and our team will get you set up. (NB – you need to have Zebra Lounge access as well).

  2. Go to Claims and click on Access to BZI Claims Portal
  3. Lodge your claim
