Updates related to COVID-19


Our claims lodgement consultants are working remotely to support our customers. All of our claims services are fully operational and can be reached via regular broker channels and claims portals.


We take the safety of our customers, partners and staff very seriously, thus we have introduced the following changes:


- we strongly encourage customers to carry out video assessments of their properties. We have technology that is available to you that fully supports video assessments – please seek the guidance of our claims consultants and property specialists if necessary

- extra safety measures are in place when on site – for example our consultants may choose to use face masks and gloves

- health and safety due diligence calls will be made prior to any on-site visits
